Rental Rates for Private Parties and Events
 
Downstairs rooms
 $15 per hour per room
Upstairs rooms (Dance, Stage, Kitchen, Foyer)
 $30 per hour per room
Whole facility
 $100/hour up to $825/day
Alcohol Use
 $15 addition per hour per room
Equipment
(VCR/TV, stage lights, screen, stereo & window black outs)
 $20/day
Sound system
 $75 per day (damage deposit required)
Furniture (chairs, tables)
No charge unless taken offsite
Furniture Rental (Offsite)
 $1/per day per chair; $5/ per day per table
Storage-downstairs
 $20 per day
Labor: set up, breakdown, cleanup, etc.
 $20/hour/staffperson
*All Private Parties will be required to hire a building monitor. Please contact the MARC for more information.
